When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The overall shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

*Delivery time includes us receiving your order, producing your items and delivering them to you. Sadly we can’t compete with giant corporations (like you know who) but as we individually manufacture your items to order, we think they’re worth the wait. Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.Â
Shipping Costs
You will see the final costs and delivery times at checkout. We try our best to keep them as low as possible (or free). Shipping is also cheaper when you buy multiple items, which of course, we highly recommend.Â
Where will my order ship from?
We work with order fulfilment companies with facilities worldwide! This allows us to ship from the warehouse nearest your address (whenever possible).
Will I be charged customs for my order?
As we try to deliver from warehouses within your country, you should almost never incur customs fees. If your local fulfilment office is out of stock, an additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How do I track my order?
You should receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line here.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@snowboardingdays.com with your order number.
